DELIVERY COSTS:

  • All orders placed on our site have a fixed cost of 3.90 euros.
  • From 49 euros of purchase, delivery costs are free.
  • Shipping costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the checkout page.
  • All our orders have a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis Privé

PROCESSING TIMES:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days with tracking number.
  • Personalized items may take 3-5 business days for customization.
  • Package tracking usually updates after 5-7 days .

DELIVERY TIMES:

The usual delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after processing your order , in France and Europe. However, it is possible that you receive your items more quickly.

Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs checks, postal delays or public holidays.

MISSING ARTICLE:

In case your order or part of your order has not been delivered, please wait 24-48 hours more than the expected delivery time . After this time, please send us an email to the following email address: contact@bbchoupette.com .

Our team is committed to responding to you within 24 hours .

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours . If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@bbchoupette.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel an order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

ADDRESS ERROR:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address and to contact us very quickly for a modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).

In these cases, the packages can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund of your order less shipping costs, or a reshipment, at your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

RETURN POLICY :

We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are unhappy or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the moment you receive your products . If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form , sign it and then send it with your package to the address that will be provided to you by email.
